*In December, 2009, as part of preparing a Wastewater Facilities Management Plan for Ledyard, the Maguire Group completed a "Phase 1: Review of Outlying Areas". This review has been accepted by CTDEP and the WPCA will have to decide are moving forward with Phase 2 of the study and on other issues/opprtunities identified

1998 Mullin Plan
